Sean Rogers - Color Recipe
iPhone 5
iOS 7.0.4
VSCOcam
My POW, as well as the rest of my photos, was shot with my iPhone5. After taking the photo from several different angles, I decided to just rotate it using the app VSCOcam. This allowed me to orient the photograph in a way that I was unable to physically take it.
After I had the rotation and framing down, I turned up the exposure using the same app. I wanted to turn it up enough that some of the shapes in the dark tracks became visible. I then adjusted the contrast, in order to make the lines from the tiles pop.
I found the app I used to be incredibly useful. It has many different options and tools that can be used to make a very unique picture.
